Setting What to put in
Command The word viewers type, with the ! in front, like "!hello". Starts as: !hello.
Match "Starts with" also runs when the viewer adds words after it ("!so bob"). "Exact" runs only when the message is the command alone. Options: Starts with, Exact. Starts as: Starts with.
Who can use it The lowest role that may use it: Everyone, Subscriber, Moderator or Broadcaster (you). Higher roles can always use it. Options: Everyone, Subscriber, Moderator, Broadcaster. Starts as: Everyone.
Global cooldown (seconds) Seconds to wait before anyone can use it again. 0 means no wait. Example: 30. Starts as: 0.
