Stream apps and devices

Cuebot can work with the other programs and gadgets on your desk: OBS, your Stream Deck, your VTuber app, lights, mixers and controllers. Each connection gives you two things:

  • triggers: the app or device can start your actions (a button press, a scene change);
  • sub-actions: your actions can control the app or device (switch a scene, change a light).

Nothing connects by itself until you set it up, and most pages have a box to connect automatically next time.

What's in here

  • OBS Studio: connect OBS, switch scenes and react to stream events.
  • Other stream apps: Streamlabs Desktop, Meld Studio, PolyPop, T.I.T.S., Lumia Stream, OBSBOT and mtion studio.
  • Stream Deck: run actions from an Elgato Stream Deck.
  • Decks: buttons on your phone or tablet, in a web browser.
  • Controllers and MIDI: MIDI pads, game controllers, hotkeys and your voice.
  • Lights, mixers and other apps: Elgato lights, Wave Link, GoXLR, VTube Studio, Voicemod and more.
  • VTuber apps: make your avatar react, in veadotube, VNyan, VRChat, Warudo and others.

On Linux

  • Game controllers: PlayStation and Switch pads need extra permission for rumble and lights. Install your distribution's steam-devices or game-devices-udev package.
  • Stream Deck: see Stream Deck on Linux.
